I went to Rio Rancho several years back. I still remember how the 15 minute drive from Albuquerque to Rio Rancho went by fast. Before I knew it, I was in a beautiful growing city with all the amenities and facilities you could expect from a big city yet it had kept it’s small town charm. As I turned North on Rio Rancho Blvd. I noticed the NM Highland University, Intel, Medical buildings and the Rio Rancho Golf & Country Club. Everywhere I looked there were new developments taking off. No wonder this is the fastest growing community in all of New Mexico.
Great view of the Sandia mountains from this growing city and to the North and East wide open spaces with clean air and just a few scattered homes. Great place to raise a family.

This property is located approximately 33 miles from Albuquerque and only 60 miles from Santa Fe. From Albuquerque take Fwy 25 North (toward Santa Fe). Transfer to Hwy 528 North. Pass the Rio Grande and when you get to Iris Rd NE make a left (East). On Paseo Volcan make a left. This turns into 28th Ave NE. On 14th St NW make a right (North). On 32nd Ave NW make a left (West).
